Unternehmen tasten sich langsam an das Web 2.0 heran – Der Netzökonom der FAZ stellt fest, dass deutsche Unternehmen bisher sehr zurückhaltend mit dem Web 2.0 umgehen. Seinen Schilderungen zufolge dürfe es bei den meisten Unternehmen bisher auch eher um den Versuch der Schadensbegrenzung statt um ein verändertes Kommunikationsverständnis gehen.
