Der Dienst @2gov bietet jetzt in den USA an, Twitter-Nachrichten an Politiker weiterzuleiten, selbst wenn diese die Kurznachrichtenseite gar nicht benutzen. Einmal auf der Webseite registriert können Nutzer Nachrichten an die Politiker ihres Wahlbezirks senden, indem sie @2gov in ihre Nachrichten aufnehmen. Nach Eigenaussage sammelt der Dienst diese Nachrichten und erstellt daraus einen Report, der den Volksvertretern übermittelt wird. Hört sich einfach und effektiv an.
